Project description
Cedral has been specified by Countryside Zest to create visually striking and inspirational new homes at its Beaulieu development, one of Essex’s largest new housing projects. As part of the specification process for the latest phase of homes, Countryside Zest wanted to ensure that they complemented the style of the existing homes at Beaulieu, whilst also creating the separation required to treat this as a new development. The contemporary interpretation of the ‘New England’ vernacular was chosen as the solution to this. This provided the opportunity Cedral to be used on the properties incorporated with traditional masonry and rendered dwellings. The development aspired to create a sense of place and character, setting the scene for future phases.
