The Health & Safety Excellence Awards, by BusinessRiver recognises outstanding achievements in health and safety practices. Etex Ireland has been shortlisted for a Health & Safety Excellence Award in Manufacturing. This award recognises the manufacturing company in Ireland that has most effectively demonstrated best practices in health and safety, compliance to standards, training, and technical and behavioural improvements over the past 12 months.
The Etex submission was based on our site traffic safety improvement plan. This includes improvements made both inside the FC factory and externally on our roadway from FC to Metal. To be shortlisted against numerous other manufacturing companies in Ireland is a great achievement and highlights ETEXs continued commitment to improving safety on our site for all staff, contractors, and visitors.
The awards will take place on the 17th of April and will see the cream of Ireland's health & safety community recognised and celebrated in front of hundreds of senior executives.
