Belgian Advertising agency BOA is located in an industrial building near the railway in Menen, West-Flanders. The creative team works in a funky hangar with lots of natural daylight. The agency produces many photo shoots and ads to inspire and delight people.
Fresh air helps to generate fresh ideas. That’s why the terraces and balconies are the favourite hangouts of the colleagues. They were covered by wooden decking boards, but when they started to rot and disintegrate, BOA chose to replace the wood with Cedral Terrace because of its robustness and low-maintenance.
As the terrace planks are made of fibre cement, they don’t rot, they don’t crack and they don’t splinter. They are through-coloured in contemporary shades that fit to virtually any building and age nicely. And to keep them as new, the cleaning team only needs to mop them with lukewarm water, like any normal floor. No more repainting or staining needed.
